What happens during a discovery call?
The discovery call is a calm, no-pressure conversation where we talk about what you are currently feeling, what patterns you are ready to shift, and whether this work feels like the right fit for you.
You do not need to have everything figured out before the call. This is simply a space to be heard, ask questions, and explore your next step.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. Clinical hypnosis is a safe, guided process where you remain aware and in control. It is not like what you see on stage or in movies.
You are not asleep, unconscious, or being controlled. Instead, hypnosis helps your mind and body enter a relaxed, focused state so you can access deeper patterns, emotions, and beliefs in a supportive way.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You are always in control during hypnosis.
You can speak, pause, open your eyes, or stop at any time. Hypnosis is a collaborative process. You are not being forced to do anything. You are being gently guided inward so your subconscious mind can feel safe enough to release what no longer serves you.
How do I know if this work is right for me?
This work may be right for you if you feel like you have done a lot of “thinking” about your patterns, but still feel stuck emotionally or physically.
Many clients come in because they know what they want, but something inside still feels blocked, anxious, resistant, or unsafe. This work is designed to help you go deeper than mindset alone and begin shifting the subconscious patterns underneath.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients experience powerful shifts after one session, while others benefit from deeper support through a package or longer coaching experience.
Does energy work still work over Zoom?
Yes. Energy work can be very powerful through Zoom because it is not dependent on physical touch or being in the same room. The session is based on intention, presence, connection, and your body’s ability to receive support in a relaxed state.
Many clients are surprised by how much they can feel during a virtual session. Some notice warmth, tingling, emotion moving through the body, deep relaxation, heaviness lifting, or a sense of calm after the session.
Being in your own space can actually help your nervous system feel safer. You are able to relax in a familiar environment, stay comfortable, and allow the work to unfold without pressure.
